How long will it take my package to arrive?

This varies depending on the time of year! Under usual circumstances, packages will require 1-2 days to be processed and an additional 1-7 days for shipping, depending on your location. During peak seasons, processing time may extend to 7 days, but we work tirelessly to package and ship out your orders as soon as possible, year-round!

How do I find my package?

Once your orders have been processed, we will send you an email with your tracking number(s). Please check your spam folder; our email may be auto-labeled as spam!

Can I pick up my order(s) locally?

Yes! Our warehouse, located in City of Torrance, is open Mondays through Fridays Orders can be picked up from  3pm - 8pm and on the weekends only by appointment. 

Can I order custom flower boxes?

Absolutely! Model/shape, color, and printed words/images can all be customized but we do require that customers preorder large quantities if customizing boxes. Please also allow 2-3 months for custom orders to be processed, manufactured, and shipped to us.

My order came damaged – what now?

We take the utmost care to package and label your orders to ensure they are protected on their way to you but accidents can happen! If your package(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us via email at info@casadelflorista.com so we can help you resolve the situation.
